أولاً: الاستشارات والرحلات التحولية

تشمل الجلسات الفردية، والاستشارات، والورش، ورحلات التحول.

جميع الحجوزات مؤكدة بعد إتمام الدفع.

نظراً لأن هذه الخدمات تعتمد على حجز وقت مخصص
لكم، فإن الرسوم غير قابلة للاسترجاع بعد تأكيد الحجز.

يمكن إعادة جدولة الموعد مرة واحدة خلال مدة لا
تتجاوز ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ الحجز، وذلك حسب توفر المواعيد.

ثانياً: المخيمات التطويرية داخل وخارج الكويت

تخضع جميع المخيمات التطويرية داخل وخارج الكويت
لشروط وأحكام خاصة، يتم تزويد المشاركين بها قبل تأكيد الحجز.

تتضمن هذه الاتفاقية تفاصيل البرنامج، وسياسة الإلغاء
والاسترجاع، وإعادة الجدولة، والالتزامات المالية، وجميع الشروط المتعلقة
بالمشاركة.

ويُعد تأكيد الحجز والموافقة على الاتفاقية إقرارًا
بالاطلاع على جميع الشروط والأحكام والالتزام بها.

تحتفظ مرساة القلب للاستشارات الاجتماعية بحق تحديث أو تعديل هذه السياسات

Individual Consultations &
Transformational Programs

This includes consultations, coaching sessions,
workshops, and transformational journeys.

All bookings are confirmed upon successful
payment.

As these services reserve dedicated time
specifically for you, all payments are non-refundable once the
booking has been confirmed.

Bookings may be rescheduled once within three
(3) months of the original booking date, subject to availability.

Development Retreats (Inside & Outside
Kuwait)

All development retreats, whether held inside or
outside Kuwait, are governed by a separate Retreat Agreement provided to
participants prior to confirming their booking.

This agreement outlines the retreat details,
cancellation and refund policy, rescheduling terms, financial commitments, and
all conditions related to participation.

By confirming the booking and accepting the
agreement, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed
to all applicable terms and conditions.
